After the stretching of the second process is completed, the product is taken out by the four-axis robot and sent to the punching die of the third process.
After the third process of punching is completed, the product is taken out by the four-axis robot and sent to the special edge-rolling machine for the fourth process.
After finishing the fourth process, the product is taken out and sent to the product line by the four-axis robot.
In the final process, the finished product is sent to the pipeline for inspection or packaging, so as to realize automatic production and management.
All punches, crimping machines, manipulators and robots are controlled by a joint control system, which is in line with ergonomics。
